From the brilliant winemaker and nephew of Emmanuel, Gaspard Brochet, this 333.d is a fabulous marriage of 3 grapes (Chardonnay, Meunier, Pinot Noir) from 3 villages (Ecueil, Sacy, Villers aux Noeuds) and 3 vintages (2020 as base, 2019, 2018). The six hour pressing of ripe grapes resulted in a rosé-hued wine. Brochet maintains that "it's pink, but not rosé!". This beautiful wine is soft, textured, highly aromatic and deeply complex.
