Flavored with the fresh berries, leaves and bark of ONE juniper tree from ONE vintage, this is taking the hyper-specific notions of terroir you normally associate with a place like Burgundy and applying them to Gin...except it's from one single plant (sorry, had to emphasize that one more time). And the result is utterly captivating - smooth, supple, insanely balanced and exploding with juniper fruitiness, this is Gin at the sipable level of whisky or wine.
