The Mars Komagatake 2023 Edition is the latest release in the popular Komagatake range from Hombo Mars. It was distilled at Shinshu and matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and porter casks that have imparted a delicate, fruity and morish range of notes onto the spirit. Expect soft oranges, candied peels, dried berries, charred oak, honey and much more.
