Les Molates is less typical than the Savagnin "Aux Bois" from the same domain, but it is still fascinating and carefully crafted. The very fresh profile includes yellow fruit, white flowers, candied citrus, a toasted palate, a touch of smoke and the barest kiss of salinity. It has good minerality, acidity and a long aftertaste.
