An extremely unique wine, the Klassik Weiss is a blend of Rotgipfler and Zierfandler, but...it's also almost 10 years old at this point. So what we have is a fabulous example of how well whites from the Thermenregion age. It's still got all of that bright, crisp, citric elements that you'd expect from a Lower Austrian white, but it's showing all kinds of honeyed, savory, nutty elements, along with a deeply satisfying texture. A very cool wine, that you're unlikely to ever encounter again.
