Le Caveau de Bacchus's 2016 Savagnin is a wonderful example of the sous voile style. With its more textured mouthfeel and deeper nutty/savory elements, it's a nice step further down the oxidative rabbit hole, without losing its freshness and vivacity. Drinking beautifully now, but no rush at all!
