Le Piane's Erbaluce wine was made in an effort to showcase how the grape looks like (golden with even pink reflects) and taste (savory and crisp as the skins are quite thick). Named by the older generations “the white Nebbiolo”, the varietal produces a structured, full bodied wine with length, minerality and a touch of saltiness, all of it combined with a rich creaminess supported by a good acidity.
