Will Clark, a vermouth hobbyist-turned-producer came up with the recipes for his Little City line in the kitchen of his NYC apartment. First, it was just for his own consumption. Then, his bartender friends began pestering him for batches to use in their cocktails. Then, it became his full time job. This, his dry version, is one of the greatest martini-centric drys we've ever tasted. Highly aromatic and truly bone-dry on the finish, it's great on its own, as well.
