This is a very special single vineyard Palomino, made from fruit sourced from two distinct plots in the Paganilla vineyard (each with a different soil type). This is one of the most inland Atlantic vineyards in the Sherry region, and Bodegas Cota 45 actively seeks to express its unique terroir through this bottling. A wine that shows why this winery is often viewed as creating the 'missing links' between white wine and Manzanilla. It is an unfortified, dry white wine partially aged under flor lending itself to a muscular style with vibrant acidity, bruised apples, lemon peel, fennel and a hint of oxidation.
