Crafted from old-vine Melon de Bourgogne planted in 1947, this Muscadet tells a tale of history and precision. Nestled atop the renowned Gras Moutons hill, its roots dig deep into two-mica gneiss with amphibolite inclusions, offering a wine of striking terroir expression. Aged 26 months on lees in underground glass-tiled vats, it emerges with an herbal the nose. The palate? Light yet structured, with a chiseled mineral core and vibrant fruit (a benefit of the glass-vat aging). Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled in an inert atmosphere—purity in every sip.
