From the Southernmost part of Champagne, this lovely NV Brut from Pierre Brocard is, as you would expect from this area, 75% Pinot Noir. However, where you'd expect to see Pinot Meunier to balance it out, we instead have 20% Pinot Blanc and 5% Chardonnay, which endows this beautiful wine with a strongly linear and mineral drive to compliment the lovely berry fruit from the Pinot Noir. A tremendous wine at a tremendous price!
