Raphaëlle Guyot is a brilliant young winemaker, and she's doing some absolutely incredible work right now in her home region of the Yonne. We couldn't be more excited to have her wines on the shelf. Les Hâtes is 100% Pinot Noir from a single plot in the village of Lain, which was discovered under brambles in 2018. This beautiful Pinot shows highly aromatic, savory tinged red fruits that are draped over a firm, mineral backbone. Lovely!
