Raphaëlle Guyot is a brilliant young winemaker, and she's doing some absolutely incredible work right now in her home region of the Yonne. We couldn't be more excited to have her wines on the shelf. The Les Robinettes is 100% Pinot Noir from a S/SE-facing limestone hillside vineyard. Whole cluster fermentation for 15 days is followed by aging in old barrels for 12 months. The result is an amazingly pure expression of beautiful red Pinot fruit. Textured and substantial, this is the most serious vin de garde of her budding lineup.
